<1>.Condensation drying design extracts only water from the sludge. Moisture content reduces to 35% after treatment. No secondary environmental pollution.
<2>.1000 kg of filter cake is produced daily. Only 385 kg left after drying, reducing weight by 60%.

<4>.Off peak power consumption.

Design Principles of the Equipment
<1>.A set of specially designed sludge trolley with an airtight cover which can be positioned
quickly. Two sets of air circulation ducts which allow dry air to penetrate and circulate efficiently through humid sludge to achieve drying and weight reduction purposes.
<2>.During sludge drying process, the operating time is about 16 to 24 hours. Factors
affecting drying time include feed density and sludge pores.
<3>.Final sludge density reaches up to 65% to 85%, an increase from 20% to 30%. Sludge
weight is reduced by 2/3, and sludge volume is reduced by 1/3 to 1/2 depending on the sludge quality.
<4>.Both dry and humid air circulates inside the machine. No gas emission and no waste
gas treatment tower required, making this machine a highly energy saving and economical sludge dryer.
